Frequently asked questions
After your 14-day free trial, you can subscribe to keep using Actionpad. If you choose not to subscribe, your account becomes read-only. Your data is preserved, but you can't create new meetings or actions until you subscribe.
Yes. Seats are automatically managed. When new team members sign in with your company's Google Workspace domain, they're added to your account. Your subscription quantity adjusts automatically with prorated billing.
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are billed once per year and can be cancelled at renewal. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. For annual plans, you can also pay by invoice. Contact us if you need alternative payment arrangements.
